Four connected services, with technical training at the heart. Start with a course, a project or the needs of your organisation.

01

Technical & Industrial Training

For lifting and industrial personnel, employers developing their teams, and experienced practitioners preparing to train others.

Understand the task. Practise the reasoning. Explain the decision.

Training connects the principles with the decisions people make at work. Learners work through relevant tasks, discuss their reasoning and receive instructor feedback. Our first course, Competent Person for Lifting Operations, applies this approach to lifting calculations, crane information and planning cases.

  • Live instructor-led CPLO learning through Microsoft Teams
  • Learner exercises, planning scenarios and discussion alongside focused explanations
  • Course reference materials and feedback during scheduled sessions
  • Specialist train-the-trainer pathways within technical and industrial training

Training & Safety Culture Consultancy

For employers and training organisations developing their people, training systems or safety culture.

Understand the need. Shape the learning. Strengthen the culture.

Help your organisation identify training needs, develop its training function and understand the factors shaping safety culture. Start with a defined priority, a standalone safety campaign or a broader culture development project.

Training strategy

Training Strategy & Development

Training needs analysis (TNA) connects the requirements of a role with the knowledge, skills and evidence already available. We help identify the gaps training can address and where development should be prioritised.

  • Role requirements, team needs and priority tasks
  • Training department development, programme portfolios and instructor systems
  • Delivery standards, assessment processes and quality review

Culture and engagement

Safety Culture & Campaigns

Understand the organisation, listen to its people and turn the findings into a focused response. We design and deliver standalone safety campaigns and broader safety culture development projects.

  1. Understand the organisation

Listen through focus groups and leadership discussions, and review relevant existing evidence to understand how safety is experienced at work.

  2. Assess the starting point

Select an appropriate culture framework with the organisation and assess its current position, strengths and priorities against the available evidence.

  3. Design the response

Develop an improvement plan and campaign concepts, messages, awareness materials and activities around the agreed priorities.

  4. Deliver and review

Bring the campaign to the workforce and review the agreed measures, with responsibilities and review points defined in the project scope.

Built around your briefCommission a campaign around a defined priority, or combine culture assessment, an improvement plan and campaign delivery. Materials, activities and any progress review are agreed for your project.
