This website and its enquiries are managed by Ahmed Esmat under the i Train Hub brand. For enquiries or privacy requests, email ahmed.esmat@itrainhub.com.
Information you provide
When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, selected course or service interest and message. You may also provide your organisation, role and the number of people involved. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential workplace material in an initial enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details to review and respond to your request, discuss suitability and scope, and keep a record of the conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell enquiry information.
Storage and access
Form enquiries are stored in a protected database using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted to the website owner. Email correspondence is handled through the Microsoft 365 email service. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Hosting and security providers also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. We use limited connection information to help prevent repeated or abusive form submissions.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information while dealing with your request and any related discussion. Closed enquiries are reviewed, and information that is no longer needed is removed. Relevant records may need to be retained for an agreed engagement or to meet applicable record-keeping requirements.
Your choices and requests
You can email us to request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you submitted, or to tell us you no longer want us to pursue your enquiry. We may ask for enough information to confirm that the request relates to you before sharing or changing a record.
Cookies and other services
We have not added advertising or marketing analytics to this website. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies or similar technology for essential delivery, security and account access. External websites and services have their own privacy information.
If you later join a course or engage a service, any additional information needed for delivery, assessment or administration will be explained separately.
