The idea that started it
A lift planned with greater understanding. A hazard explained clearly. A colleague coached through a difficult task. These are the moments we want learning to reach.
The idea for i Train Hub began in 2025 with a belief: knowledge should travel beyond the person who receives it. It should become something people can apply, explain and build on together.
In 2026, that idea began taking shape as an organisation. Our foundation is technical and industrial learning, where an explanation must hold up against the realities of the work. Lifting is our starting point. The purpose is broader: help people develop understanding they can use, then make that understanding available to others.
That purpose brings our services together. We develop learning, help practitioners become trainers and connect workplace needs with digital content and learning technology. Our consultancy helps organisations understand their training needs and develop their safety culture, bringing people and organisational priorities into the same conversation.
The meaning in the name
A name that begins with the learner and opens out to a wider world.
The person who learns, then takes responsibility for what comes next. Applying a principle. Sharing an explanation. Helping someone else progress.
The “i” also holds an international ambition: knowledge and expertise connecting people across borders.
Learning that connects principles with decisions. Asking why, working through a problem and practising how to explain it.
As understanding develops, the learner can become a guide, a coach, a mentor or a trainer for others.
People, industry expertise, learning resources and technology brought together around a common purpose.
A place where experienced professionals can contribute and new learners can carry that knowledge into their own work.

i Train Hub brings that belief into a company identity, a learning approach and the development of its first specialist course.
Our ambition begins with serving individuals and organisations across the Middle East, then extending that reach worldwide, including Australia. New disciplines, instructors and relationships will be developed step by step.

Building for the long term means making space for other experts, developing resources that others can improve, and keeping the learner’s experience at the centre. The knowledge should keep moving as the organisation grows.

The experience behind the beginning
Founder & CEO Ahmed Esmat brings more than 15 years of experience in technical training, assessment and lifting equipment inspection, across onshore, offshore and vessel environments.
That experience informs the starting point. The organisation is being built to make room for many more people to contribute.
